Line Maintenance Administrative Assistant

Permanent employee, Full-time · Vilnius, Line Maintenance
1,400 - 1,900 € per month
Get ready to:
  • Review and verify completed maintenance documents for accuracy based on company and customer guidelines.
  • Gather and report maintenance manpower data for economic analysis.
  • Prepare post-maintenance reports as needed.
  • Digitally scan and archive maintenance records.
  • Prepare invoice documentation for completed maintenance work.
  • Compile monthly reports on maintenance staffing for the Finance department and the Head of Line Maintenance.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodations, and Airport IDs for maintenance staff.
  • Track work hours, manage rosters, and approve timesheets for maintenance personnel.
We expect You to have:
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail for reviewing documents and ensuring accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with aviation industry standards or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) processes is an advantage.
