Intro
As Hangar Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operations of our maintenance facility located at Šiauliai hangar by coordinating essential logistics and supporting maintenance facility needs, from travel and accommodations to supplies and training management.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating travel, accommodations, and Airport IDs for maintenance staff.
  • Tracking work hours, managing rosters, and approving timesheets for maintenance personnel.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for personnel, including booking tickets and arranging ground transportation.
  • Overseeing accommodation needs, managing contracts, invoicing, cleaning schedules based on personnel rotations, and monitoring accommodation availability.
  • Maintaining roster updates in planning tool with travel and accommodation details, monitoring man-hours worked, communicating with Finance team, and verifying pay slips.
  • Organizing and coordinating training sessions, including health and safety and other required training.
  • Managing and coordinating airport entry permits for personnel.
  • Overseeing uniform distribution and inventory.
  • Monitoring and managing hangar supplies, including stationery and general goods.
  • Overseeing utility agreements for the hangar, including catering and waste management.
  • Serving as the main point of contact with external clients for administrative functions.
We expect You to have:
  • Strong proficiency in computer systems and software, particularly MS Office, especially Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail for managing logistics and verifying documents for accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with aviation or maintenance logistics is an advantage.
