As Marketing and Communication Specialist, you'll help drive brand awareness by developing engaging campaigns that showcase GetJet Airlines and its services. From managing promotional materials to curating social media content, you'll be key in boosting visibility across channels. This role requires a creative, motivated individual eager to produce fresh, impactful content.

Get ready to:
  • Design and create online marketing content, including newsletters, brochures, promotional emails, social media layouts and other materials.
  • Enhance Internal and External Communication: Oversee our internal communication channels, including the Intranet, conduct interviews with employees, collaborate with HR on announcements, and ensure effective communication around events. Oversee the public relations part - prepare press releases for the media on aviation topics.
  • Manage social media accounts: Take charge of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), creating and scheduling engaging posts, and growing our digital audience.
  • Lead the Cabin Crew Ambassador project: Drive the Cabin Crew Ambassador initiative, working closely with cabin crew members to promote the company culture and brand.
  • Contribute to marketing projects: Be an active part of marketing campaigns, events, collaborating on strategies and content creation for digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
  • Create visual content: Develop social media posts, reels, and other basic visual content (experience with tools like Photoshop is a bonus).
  • Leverage digital tools: Use platforms like SharePoint, Canva, Google Analytics, MailerLite, Wordpress and others for managing online campaigns. 
We expect You to:
  • Be social media savvy: Have hands-on experience managing social media accounts, with a solid understanding of audience engagement strategies.
  • Be an excellent communicator: Possess top-notch written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • Have basic visual content creation skills: Be capable of designing engaging visuals for social media posts. 
  • Understand SEO and Google Ads: Have a basic understanding of SEO and Google ads principles and experience with Google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Console.
  • Be organized and able to multitask: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to details.
  • Be creative and proactive: Bring fresh ideas to the table, take initiative in projects, and contribute actively to the success of the marketing and communications team.
