Tool Keeper

Intro
We are looking for a skilled and organized Tool Keeper to join our Maintenance organization, dedicated to maintaining our tools and equipment for peak operational readiness. This position is crucial to ensuring our tools are well-maintained, calibrated, and readily available to support our ongoing projects and line stations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting incoming inspections for all tools and equipment to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Organizing and tracking tool calibration schedules, handling re-calibrations, and coordinating maintenance when needed.
  • Managing inventory, preparing tools and equipment for storage, marking, registration, and entry into our tools management system.
  • Overseeing the cleanliness, condition, and organization of tool storage facilities.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely updates in the Part-145 tools management system.
  • Facilitating the release, return, and distribution of tools and equipment across line stations.
  • Liaising with manufacturers and servicing companies for any required maintenance and support.
  • Supporting new projects by preparing tool kits and ensuring that all line maintenance stations receive the tools needed on time.
  • Participating in inventory checks to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
We expect You to have:
  • Strong proficiency with computer systems and software, particularly MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Work experience in a similar role (considered an advantage).
  • Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems and general computer literacy.
  • A valid Category B driver’s license and the ability to travel for business needs as required.
