Your responsibilities will include:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Utilize market insights and industry trends to target opportunities effectively and build a robust network of leads
  • Support sales operations, including assisting with sales forecasts, budgeting, and marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline sales processes to ensure smooth delivery of deals and transactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the aviation industry.
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation, such as lease agreements, aviation compliance documents, and tenders.
  • Developing tailored outreach strategies to engage prospective clients through email campaigns, calls, and personalized communication.
  • Collaborating with various departments within the organization to coordinate and manage projects effectively, including operations, finance, legal, and others.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums to build networks and identify opportunities.
We expect You to have:
  • For experienced candidates: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or key account management in the aviation is mandatory.
  • For fresh graduates: A degree in aviation from a recognized institution, such as Emirates Aviation University or equivalent, is compulsory.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • A strong understanding of the aviation industry; knowledge of charter sales or aircraft leasing is an advantage.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make a lasting impression on clients and stakeholders.
    • A confident and dynamic personality, capable of taking initiative and achieving ambitious goals.
    • A positive attitude, coupled with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory and Arabic is preferred; additional language skills are a plus.
    • A team player who fosters strong relationships and seamlessly integrates into the team dynamic.
