Get ready to:

Monitor changes in regulations and standards.
Prepare personnel training plans and oversee their execution.
Collect, analyze, and prepare statistics for the Compliance Monitoring System.
Fill out and maintain personnel training records in computer systems.
Track the expiry dates of training and checks to ensure personnel receive necessary training.

We expect You to have:

Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to change.
Experience working in a Compliance department or a maintenance support role, particularly with a background in Aircraft Maintenance, is an advantage.
Knowledge of EASA regulations related to Part M and Part CAMO is an advantage.
Fluency in English.
