Get ready to:

Carry out Compliance monitoring activities as required by Compliance monitoring manager.
Conduct Audits/Inspections to verify compliance and adequacy of procedures required for safe operation and management of associated processes.
Work closely with CAMO and Maintenance departments to re-solve compliance issues, provide recommendation and confirm action resolution.
Provide internal communication regarding compliance issues and applicable regulation changes.
Plan audits, execute and write audit reports, track non-conformities.
Prepare statistics on weekly/monthly basis.

We expect You to have:

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Background in Aviation.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a disciplined mindset, strong communication abilities, eagerness to learn, and well-developed analytical thinking.
Capability to take initiative, maintain composure, and respond effectively in challenging circumstances.
Flexibility and readiness to travel across our network as needed.
Experience with Compliance Monitoring Systems or Auditing (an advantage).
Familiarity with EASA requirements (an advantage).
