Get a behind-the-scenes look at aviation operations! We are looking for a Travel Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for our crew and office personnel. 
From coordinating flights and accommodations to optimizing crew positioning and managing supplier contracts, you'll be at the heart of the logistics that keep aviation moving. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating and managing business travel arrangements for all office personnel, including booking flights, accommodations, and transfers.
  • Handling visa applications and travel documentation for employees traveling abroad.
  • Working closely with internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective travel planning.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of travel itineraries, expenses, and travel policies.
  • Staying informed about travel restrictions, visa regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
  • Assisting in preparing reports and budgets related to travel expenses.
We expect You to have:
  • Higher education.
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills.
  • Proficiency in computer-based systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in the aviation sector would be a significant advantage.
