Intro
Join our team as a Planning Engineer and ensure the airworthiness of our fleet by coordinating and overseeing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance. You’ll manage maintenance planning, work order control, and data integration in systems like Oases, contributing to efficient operations and regulatory compliance across Airbus A320, B737, and more.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Planning and control of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of managed fleet aircraft;
  • Work orders preparation and issue in accordance with approved maintenance program and instructions from aircraft/component/equipment manufacturer;
  • Preparation of tools, parts and materials list required in order to perform scheduled work orders;
  • Check of accomplished work orders including verification for proper filling, sign off and final CRS;
  • Closure of accomplished work orders and verification/calculation of next due in Oases system;
  • Archiving of accomplished work orders and aircraft historical records in designated storage area;
  • Incorporation of maintenance and component history data of new aircraft introduced to company’s fleet in Oases system;
  • Aircraft statuses (LDND, HT, OCCM) prepration, check and verification;
  • Support with aircraft reviews;
  • Support with operator audits.
We expect You to have:
  • At least 2 years work experience in continuing airworthiness or aviation maintenance activities with at least 1 year experience in Planning/Engineering/Production;
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, including but not limited to EASA Part-M and Part-145;
  • University degree in aviation is considered as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of quality and SMS systems;
  • Knowledge of maintenance standards and methods;
  • Languages: Fluent English is essential, other languages are considered as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Airbus A320 family and B737 aircraft at least at general familiarization level, other types considered as an advantage.
