Compliance Monitoring Specialist

Intro
Join our team as a Compliance Monitoring Specialist and play a key role in ensuring our airline’s operations meet the highest regulatory and safety standards. You'll support the implementation of our Compliance Monitoring System (CMS), coordinate audits, track non-conformities, and prepare reports for both internal stakeholders and external authorities. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining operational excellence and continuous improvement across all areas of the airline.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Airline’s Compliance Monitoring System (CMS)
  • Collect, analyze, and report compliance performance data and safety indicators (SPI, SRB, MEM, etc.)
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, track non-conformities, and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory authorities
  • Manage and update audit tools, including internal checklists and compliance questionnaires
  • Support other compliance-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
We expect You to have:
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • A background in flight, cabin, ground, or cargo operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Experience using the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance department, or in a technical/operational support role related to aircraft maintenance or airline operations – would be an advantage.
