Intro
Join our team as a Logistics and Customs Coordinator and ensure the seamless flow of aircraft spare parts, tools, and equipment across our global operations. You’ll coordinate shipments, manage customs processes, and maintain accurate documentation—working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver parts on time, support compliance, and keep our fleet flying efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate the shipment of aircraft spare parts, tools, and equipment between global warehouses, MRO facilities, and customers
  • Monitor and update internal/external customers with shipment status, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain accurate shipment documentation in ERP systems.
  • Prepare and process import/export customs declarations in compliance with Lithuanian and EU regulations
  • Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure smooth clearance of goods
  • Maintain accurate records of customs documentation for audits and compliance checks
  • Collaborate with Technical Procurement, MCC, and Warehouse teams to prioritize shipments based on operational needs
  • Evaluate and select freight forwarders and couriers, negotiating competitive rates where applicable.
We expect You to have:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, preferably within an aviation, airline or MRO environment
  • Strong knowledge of Lithuanian and EU import/export regulations
  • A university degree (or equivalent); a degree in aviation or a related field is considered an advantage
  • Experience handling time-critical shipments (AOG) is considered a strong advantage
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of self-initiative
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of OASES or similar systems is considered an advantage.
