Repair and Warranty Coordinator

Intro
Join our team as a Repair and Warranty Coordinator and collaborate closely with repair stations, OEMs, and suppliers to manage the aircraft component repair and warranty cycle. You’ll oversee repairs from dispatch to return, manage vendor performance, and ensure wheel and brake availability across the fleet. By driving compliance, optimizing costs, and coordinating warranty claims, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations efficient and reliable.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage the full aircraft component repair process, from dispatch to authorized repair stations to timely return
  • Maintain accurate repair records (costs, timelines, status) and monitor inventory levels
  • Review and negotiate repair quotes and evaluate vendor performance on quality and turnaround times
  • Ensure compliance of all repair and warranty activities with aviation regulations, company policies, and industry standards
  • Oversee wheel and brake availability per fleet distribution and maintain strong relationships with repair stations, OEMs, and suppliers
  • Administer warranty processes: identify eligible components, prepare and submit claims, track progress, and negotiate outcomes.
We expect You to have:
  • Experience in aviation, preferably within an airline or MRO environment
  • Knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements (EASA and FAA standards) related to maintenance, repair, and warranty activities
  • A university degree (or equivalent); a degree in aviation or a related field is considered an advantage
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of self-initiative
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Knowledge of OASES or similar systems is considered an advantage.
