Intro
Join our team as a Cabin and Modifications Engineer and take part in shaping and enhancing aircraft cabin configurations. You’ll coordinate modifications and STCs, manage technical documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. From developing LOPA and EEL layouts to overseeing cabin inspections and spare parts, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-ready aircraft.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Develop, update, and gain approval for aircraft LOPA (Layout of Passenger Accommodation) and EEL (Emergency Equipment Layout)
  • Coordinate and implement aircraft modifications and STCs with suppliers and design organizations
  • Maintain cabin spare parts inventory, especially seating systems and emergency equipment
  • Prepare and manage technical documentation for modifications and MEL (Minimum Equipment List) development
  • Conduct periodic cabin inspections and ensure proper installation of emergency equipment
  • Create Engineering Orders and work instructions related to cabin changes and modifications
  • Facilitate communication between Engineering and Planning teams regarding ongoing and scheduled work
  • Update and manage data in the Oases maintenance system
  • Lead engineering projects as assigned by the Engineering Manager or Lead Engineer
We expect You to have:
  • Strong understanding of aircraft cabin systems, configurations, and modification processes
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and regulatory compliance, including but not limited to EASA Part-M and Part CAMO
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills across departments and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with aviation databases (e.g., Oases) and engineering tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Airbus A320 family and/or B737 aircraft at least at a general familiarization level is considered an advantage.
