Compliance Monitoring Specialist

Intro
Join our team as a Compliance Monitoring Specialist and support the effective implementation of the Airline’s Compliance Monitoring System. You’ll contribute to audit coordination, compliance data analysis, and regulatory documentation—working closely with operational teams to identify gaps, track corrective actions, and promote continuous compliance improvement across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Airline’s Compliance Monitoring System (CMS)
  • Collect, analyze, and report compliance performance data and safety indicators (SPI, SRB, MEM, etc.)
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, track non-conformities, and ensure timely resolution
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory authorities
  • Manage and update audit tools, including internal checklists and compliance questionnaires
  • Support other compliance-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
We expect You to have:
  • A background in flight, cabin, ground, or cargo operations
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Experience using the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance department, or in a technical/operational support role related to aircraft maintenance or airline operations – would be an advantage.
