Intro
Join our team as an AOG Desk Manager and ensure seamless 24/7 Aircraft on Ground support across global operations. You’ll lead and support a team of AOG Coordinators, drive the development of efficient procedures, and coordinate closely with Technical Operations and Supply Chain teams. By monitoring performance, strengthening operational readiness, and guiding rapid decision-making, you’ll play a key role in minimizing aircraft downtime and maintaining operational continuity.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and mentoring a team of AOG Coordinators to ensure effective 24/7 Aircraft on Ground operations
  • Defining, implementing, and continuously improving AOG Desk procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Managing team scheduling, training, performance reviews, and overall operational readiness
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and continuously improving key operational performance metrics to support efficient AOG response
  • Acting as the key link between Technical Operations and Global Supply Chain to resolve AOG situations quickly and efficiently
We expect You to have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within aviation AOG operations or a critical logistics environment
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority operational situations simultaneously
  • A calm, decisive, and solution-oriented mindset when working under time-critical conditions
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer literacy and confidence working with operational systems and digital tools
  • Direct experience in implementing new services, teams, or operational departments would be considered an advantage.
