Crew Planning Specialist

Intro
Join our team as a Crew Planning Specialist and contribute to the efficient planning of crew operations. You’ll build and manage crew schedules, ensure compliance with EASA flight time limitations, and coordinate training and checking activities. Working closely with planning systems and operational data, you’ll support balanced crew utilization and provide insights that help maintain reliable and compliant flight operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Plan long-term crew schedules
  • Calculate and monitor duties according to flight time rules (EASA FTL)
  • Organize line training and checking activities for crew
  • Work with the crew planning system Navblue
  • Prepare crew duty reports for monthly statistics and analysis
  • Perform other duties based on operational needs.
We expect You to have:
  • Previous experience in aviation or in similar roles such as planning or crew control, with knowledge of EASA regulations
  • Communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure
  • Analytical, planning, and prioritization abilities
  • Fluent English skills
  • Excellent computer literacy, including Office applications (such as Excel, Outlook, Word), Power BI, and other relevant tools
  • Solid mathematical skills combined with strategic and logical thinking
  • Experience in data analysis or reporting, basic knowledge of SQL or databases would be considered an advantage
