Intro
Join our team as a Crew HR Business Partner and serve as a trusted partner for crews and internal stakeholders, ensuring HR processes support both business needs and company standards. You’ll lead and contribute to strategic HR projects, manage end-to-end crew processes from recruitment to onboarding and payroll, and oversee the work of Crew HR Specialists. By combining hands-on HR expertise with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, you’ll help enhance crew experience, operational efficiency, and compliance across the organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as a trusted HR Business Partner for crews and internal stakeholders, ensuring HR processes are aligned with business needs and company standards
  • Initiating, leading, and contributing to strategic projects related to Crew HR processes, aimed at improving efficiency, compliance, and crew experience
  • Coordinating and overseeing end-to-end crew HR processes: recruitment, contracting, compensation, onboarding, promotion and termination
  • Managing and maintaining accurate crew resource data and digital personnel records in internal HR systems
  • Leading and coordinating the crew recruitment process in cooperation with external partners and agencies to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely hiring and payroll processes
  • Overseeing, delegating tasks to, and supporting Crew HR Specialists, including onboarding and training new team members.
We expect You to have:
  • Experience working in a HR Business Partner or relevant HR role; aviation industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and operational demands
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills, customer orientation, and high attention to detail
  • Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer-based knowledge and confidence working with HR systems and digital databases.
