Intro

Join our team as an Audit Process Coordinator and support the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the internal audit programme. You’ll coordinate internal audit activities, monitor findings and corrective action statuses, and ensure quality throughout the audit cycle. By working closely with auditors and operational teams, analysing performance data, and maintaining accurate documentation, you’ll contribute to a structured, transparent, and continuously improving compliance monitoring system.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the implementation of the approved internal audit plan, including assigning audits, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion
  • Providing day-to-day support to auditors during internal audit process, as well as reviewing audit reports for alignment with internal standard
  • Managing auditors’ qualification records, training status, and coordinating auditor training activities
  • Collecting, analysing, and presenting statistical data related to audit performance, and assisting with the preparation and update of the annual audit programme documentation
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of the audit process, collecting feedback, conducting auditor surveys, preparing material for annual auditor meeting
  • Contributing to preparation of presentations for auditors and Compliance Newsletter.

We expect You to have:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • An impeccable reputation (an enhanced background check will be conducted by the Airline)
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously and prioritise effectively
  • Aviation background, experience in compliance monitoring/quality assurance/safety, and/or auditor qualification or prior auditing experience (considered an advantage).
