Intro
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects
- Effectively planning and organizing construction activities while ensuring budget and timeline control
- Taking full ownership of Vilnius hangar construction project
- Coordinating the expansion project of Šiauliai hangar
- Collaborating with architects, designers, contractors, construction teams, airport authorities
- Working directly with the construction manager and other project stakeholders
- Regularly reporting the progress and status of the project to company management.
We expect You to have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects from concept through to full delivery
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budget management, legal requirements, permits, and regulations
- Ability to work independently and make well-grounded decisions
- A hands-on approach with active involvement in all project stages
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency to adapt to constant changes.
