Intro
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Head of Accounting in overseeing financial and cost accounting functions, including general ledger and payroll activities across group companies
- Coordinating with foreign accounting service providers and supporting the accounting team in preparing financial statements and required reports
- Preparing VAT, CIT and other fiscal returns, and financial declarations for public and financial institutions
- Ensuring compliance with national and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements
- Supporting timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, as well as bi-annual and annual audit processes
- Participating in accounting process digitalization, strengthening internal controls, and performing other finance-related tasks assigned by the Head of Accounting.
We expect You to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience of at least 2-3 years in financial and management accounting roles
- Thorough knowledge of laws, regulations, taxes, and other mandatory documentation requirements for bookkeeping and accounting
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software such as Rivile, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar systems
- Strong English language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and strong attention to detail.
