Intro

Join our team as a Station Manager and oversee the setup and day-to-day performance of Line Maintenance Stations across global locations. You’ll ensure that maintenance activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with EASA Part-145 requirements. From coordinating resources and managing non-routine situations to supporting audits and maintaining operational standards, you’ll play a key role in ensuring reliable and high-quality line maintenance operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and managing new Line Maintenance Stations globally
  • Ensuring the availability of necessary manpower, facilities, equipment, and tooling to support efficient and timely maintenance activities
  • Planning and organizing scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs in compliance with EASA Part-145 regulations and Airhub Aviation standards
  • Coordinating responses to non-routine maintenance situations, ensuring proper actions and communication protocols are followed
  • Overseeing the shipment and receival of parts, components, materials, tools, and equipment, maintaining accurate records in OASES, ALASKAR, or other relevant software
  • Ensuring compliance with all maintenance procedures, including parts marking, segregation, storage, and shift handovers, as per the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE)
  • Conducting regular audits, inspections, and station reviews, addressing any issues through corrective or preventive actions and root cause analysis
  • Participating in audits and inspections, ensuring timely feedback and resolution of findings related to station activities
  • Assisting with investigating and processing reports related to line station operations.

We expect You to have:

  • EASA B1 or B2 license or 3 years of experience in similar position
  • At least 2 years of experience in an Aircraft Maintenance or CAMO management position
  • Strong ownership, independence, and confidence in decision-making
  • Fluent written and verbal English
  • Good knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations
  • Ability to plan and manage the Part-145 activities
  • Good knowledge of aircraft technical documentation (AirNav, MyBoeingFleet)
  • Familiarity with Maintenance Software
  • Good Microsoft software skills.
